BCFSA Again Recognized as One of B.C.’s Top Employers
BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) has once again been recognized as one of BC’s Top Employers.
For the fourth consecutive year, this award, featured in a special magazine co-published with the Vancouver Sun, recognized BCFSA’s continued work to build a strong workplace environment.
BC’s Top Employers is a distinguished award that celebrates organizations that demonstrate a commitment to progressive workplace practices and employee well-being.
The editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers evaluated organizations across eight key criteria including:

- Work atmosphere & social
- Health, financial & family benefits
- Vacation & time off
- Employee communications
- Performance management
- Training & skills development
- Community involvement
