BC Financial Services Authority (“BCFSA”) invited professionals across B.C.’s financial services sector including real estate, mortgage brokers, insurance, trusts, pensions, and credit unions to share their perspectives about BCFSA through an online survey. The 2023 BCFSA Sector Insights Survey was open for participation for 21 days, from January 23 to February 13, and provided segment participants with an opportunity to share their feedback about BCFSA’s activities, communications and processes. BCFSA engaged Hill+Knowlton Strategies to conduct this survey on our behalf.
BCFSA is committed to engaging with our stakeholders in a transparent and purposeful manner and to regularly evaluate our progress. This survey is an important step in helping us grow and improve as an organization.
All individuals and organizations regulated by BCFSA were invited to complete the survey. We thank everyone who completed the survey for taking the time to send us their feedback.
