BC Financial Services Authority (“BCFSA”) invited professionals across B.C.’s financial services sector, including real estate, real estate developers, mortgage brokers, insurance, trusts, pensions, and credit unions, to share their perspectives about BCFSA through an online survey. The 2025 BCFSA Sector Insights Survey provided an opportunity for BCFSA to hear feedback from our segment participants about BCFSA’s activities, communications, and processes. BCFSA engaged Hill & Knowlton Strategies to conduct this survey on our behalf.

BCFSA is committed to engaging with our stakeholders in a transparent and purposeful manner and to regularly evaluate our progress. This survey was an important step in helping us grow and improve as an organization.

All individuals and organizations regulated by BCFSA were invited to complete the survey. We thank everyone who completed the survey for taking the time to send us their feedback.

The survey closed on February 11, 2025, at 5 p.m. PST.
