On November 1, 2022, BCFSA and CUDIC launched a consultation and invited B.C. credit unions to provide their comments and feedback on the proposed approach for the transfer of insured deposits in registered plan accounts in the event of a B.C. credit union failure.

The consultation period is now closed. All feedback has been reviewed and carefully considered for revisions to the approach. Please see the consultation summary report for more information.
