Real Estate Development Marketing Policy Statement Amendments

BCFSA conducted two concurrent 30-day public consultations related to the marketing of development properties and real estate securities under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act. Members of the public and real estate development industry participants were invited to review the consultation materials and provide feedback on proposed amendments to Policy Statements 5, 6 and 13.
Following the consultation, BCFSA reviewed the feedback and has now published the amended Policy Statements.
Results
The consultation period is now closed. We have reviewed the feedback and where appropriate, feedback was incorporated into the amended Policy Statements.
