Licensing Conditions

 

1) Balpreet BAL (the “Licensee”), must promptly notify BCFSA, in writing, of any proceedings brought against him and/or his businesses without delay, as required pursuant to Real Estate Services Rule section 23.
2) The Licensee must promptly provide updates to BCFSA, in writing, on the two pending civil actions to which he is a party (NOCC Court File No: 245973 and Court File No: 250949) as soon as they become available, including any order or judgements made against him and his businesses.
3) Failure by the Licensee to adhere to one or more of the conditions may constitute professional misconduct and the Superintendent of Real Estate retains the discretion to investigate this and any other matter, pursuant to section 37 of the RESA.
