Licence Conditions:
  1. Eric William Lewinson (“Mr. Lewinson”) must ensure Canna North Consulting Corporation complies with the terms of the Division 1 proposal under Ontario Estate  no. 33-2936051 (the "Proposal”).
     
  2. Mr. Lewinson must provide to BCFSA copies of all documents related to the Proposal, including but not limited to the Certificate of Full Performance and Final Statement of Receipts and Disbursements, as soon as reasonably practicable in the circumstances at the time.
     
  3. Mr. Lewinson must inform the BCFSA of any default on the Proposal as soon as reasonably practicable in the circumstances at the time.
  4. These conditions are in addition to Mr. Lewinson's obligations under the Real Estate Services Act ("RESA"), and the Regulations, Rules and Bylaws made under RESA (together, the "Legislation"). 
  5. The Superintendent of Real Estate (the “Superintendent”) has the discretion to vary and/or impose additional conditions on Mr. Lewinson upon receiving notice of updates or resolution of the Proceedings. 
  6. Failure by Mr. Lewinson to adhere to one or more of the conditions may constitute professional misconduct and the Superintendent retains the discretion to investigate this and any other matter, pursuant to section 37 or the RESA.
