Failure by the licensee to successfully complete Components 3 and 4 of the applicable Trading Services Applied Practice Course within 6 months of the effective date of this licence, will result in the termination of the licence effective April 24, 2026.

Licensing Conditions
Evan James Della-Paolera
For the period 24 months from the effective date of licensing (the “Conditional Licensing Period”),Evan James Della-Paolera’s licence will be conditional upon Evan Della-Paolera:
promptly informing the Superintendent of Real Estate (the “Superintendent”) if they become subject to any criminal investigations and/or have criminal charges laid against them and/or are convicted of a criminal offence (“Criminal Conduct Reports”); and
providing criminal record check (“Criminal Record”) from Spain for the period of August 2021 to March 2022, within one (1) week prior to the end of the Conditional Licensing Period.
These conditions are in addition to Evan Della-Paolera’s obligations under the Real Estate Services Act (“RESA”) and the Regulations and Rules made under the RESA (together, the “Legislation”).
The Superintendent and Evan Della-Paolera have agreed upon these conditions.
The Superintendent has the discretion to vary and/or impose additional conditions on Mr. Della-Paolera upon receiving notice of updates with respect to Evan Della-Paolera’s Criminal Conduct Reports or receiving the Criminal Record.
The Superintendent has the discretion to extend the Conditional Licensing Period should there be information disclosed through the Criminal Conduct Reports or the Criminal Record demonstrating a need to maintain, or add additional conditions, in the public interest.
Failure by Evan Della Paolera to adhere to one or more of the conditions may constitute a breach under section 35(1)(b) of the RESA.
The Superintendent retains the discretion to investigate this and any other matter relating to Evan Della- Paolera’s licence pursuant to section 11 the RESA.
