Announcing the RECBC Forms App
The Real Estate Council of BC is pleased to announce the launch of a digital web app to help licensees meet disclosure obligations under the Superintendent’s agency & disclosure rules.
Using the RECBC Forms App will allow you to digitally fill out the Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services and the Disclosure of Risks to Unrepresented Parties forms with consumers. You can choose to use the app or the print forms to meet your disclosure requirements.
How to access the RECBC Forms App on your mobile device
- (1) Open the RECBC Forms App using the web browser on your mobile device (Use Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android)
- (2) Add the RECBC Forms App to your browser homescreen
- (3) Open the RECBC Forms App from your homescreen and follow the prompts
