How to Use Your Credit Card for Payments to BCFSA

Starting on July 28, 2025, BCFSA is updating how it handles credit card payments that are currently submitted by phone, fax, or PDF form—for example, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, records, penalties, and enforcement expenses.

If you choose to use a credit card for these payments, you will now receive an email from BCFSA. This email will contain a link to TD Bambora, a secure online payment portal where you can submit your credit card information. These changes will help modernize BCFSA’s payment services, reduce fraud risk, and align with current industry standards.

Credit card payments submitted through IRIS, such as licence and registrations renewals, will continue as-is.

  • Important Note:

As of July 28, BCFSA will no longer accept American Express. Please pay with Visa or Mastercard for all credit card transactions moving forward.
