More Professionals Can Provide Strata Depreciation and Electrical Planning Reports
The list of professionals who are qualified to provide electrical planning reports (EPR) and depreciation reports for strata corporations has been expanded. On October 27, 2025, the list of designated professionals who can provide the EPR was expanded to include licensed professional engineers and certified technicians. On the same date, the list of professionals who can provide a strata depreciation report was also expanded to include licensed professional engineers, architectural technologists, and certified technicians.
