Make sure your Licence Renewal Application is Complete

Before you send your licence renewal application to the Real Estate Council of BC, check to make sure that you’ve completed the new mandatory course, Rule Changes: Agency and Disclosure.

You must submit proof with your renewal application that you have completed this course. Without it, your licence can’t be renewed.

Haven’t completed the course?

The good news is you can register and complete the course online, and it takes only a few hours. Click the button below to get started.

All trading services and rental property management licensees must complete the Rule Changes: Agency and Disclosure course before applying to renew a licence.

The Rule Changes: Agency and Disclosure course is required in additionto your Legal Update course requirements.

Already completed the course?

Congratulations! Make sure you submit proof with your licence renewal. You do not need to contact us to confirm you’ve met your requirement.
