Media requests
News media should email requests directly to BCFSA’s Communications Team.
This inbox is monitored Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays). Outside of these hours, please contact (604) 306-2066.
Once a request has been received, our communications team will gather information, respond to inquiries, coordinate interviews where appropriate, and direct journalists to helpful resources as appropriate.
As required by law, BCFSA cannot disclose whether a complaint has been filed against an individual or business.
