2024/25 Regulatory Roadmap
BCFSA has released its 2024/25 Regulatory Roadmap (“Roadmap”), which lays out BCFSA’s anticipated regulatory priorities for the next three fiscal years. It is intended to increase transparency of BCFSA’s regulatory priorities and enable regulated entities to prepare for consultations and implementation of upcoming regulatory initiatives. It should be read in the context of commitments outlined in BCFSA’s Service Plan.
As an integrated regulator with responsibility across B.C.’s financial services sector, BCFSA’s mission is to promote confidence in B.C.’s financial services sector and protect the public by providing risk-based and proportional regulation.
