New tagline reflects our focus on supporting a thriving financial services sector.

BC Financial Services Authority has introduced a new tagline, “Confidence Starts Here,” to reflect our renewed focus on supporting a thriving financial services sector in British Columbia.

Since BCFSA’s in corporation in 2021, our tagline, “You’re protected,” emphasized our focus on consumer protection. That mandate remains central to who we are. As British Columbia’s financial services sector changes and grows, our work increasingly centres on building and maintaining confidence for consumers and the industries we regulate. “Confidence starts here” reflects this progression, where protection is foundational and confidence is the outcome.

Alongside our new tagline, you will see updated colours introduced to BCFSA’s website, digital channels, and regulatory instruments. These changes are designed to improve accessibility and align with our goal to provide clarity to our regulated entities, industry partners, and consumers.
