Introducing members of BCFSA’s 2026-27 Real Estate Roundtable

BCFSA is pleased to welcome new members to its Real Estate Roundtable, an advisory forum that supports dialogue on regulatory priorities and emerging issues in B.C.’s real estate services sector.

A number of new members have been appointed to the Real Estate Roundtable for a two-year term. With representatives from across the sector, the new cohort brings a broad range of perspectives and experience to support the Real Estate Roundtable’s work. A full list of current members is available on our Advisory Groups page.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the members who are concluding their service on the Real Estate Roundtable:

  • Robert Lacerte
  • Jens Sigvardt
  • Deborah Rae Moore
  • Chuck Bennett
  • Kristy Tamburri

Their time, insight, and contributions have played an important role in strengthening dialogue between BCFSA and the real estate sector. BCFSA is equally grateful to continuing members, whose ongoing commitment and expertise remain essential to the Real Estate Roundtable’s effectiveness.

Industry roundtables are a key part of BCFSA’s ongoing commitment to engage with regulated individuals and organizations, helping to build understanding of sector perspectives, challenges, and emerging trends.

In February 2026, BCFSA issued an open call to all managing brokers, inviting expressions of interest to join the Real Estate Roundtable. BCFSA thanks all applicants for their interest and willingness to contribute to this important engagement work.
