Registered Mortgage Brokers

This list contains a record of all mortgage brokers and submortgage brokers who are currently registered under the Mortgage Brokers Act. For further information or verification concerning registrants please email the Registrar’s office at mortgagebrokers@bcfsa.ca.

Note: Registration is granted for a two-year period.

Please report any instances of potential unregistered activity to the Registrar’s office at brokerconduct@bcfsa.ca.

  • How Do Mortgage Brokers and Submortgage Brokers Differ?

    A mortgage broker is the registered business entity—which may be structured as a corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship. A submortgage broker is the individual registered to act on behalf of that brokerage and is the person who works directly with clients.
