2023 BCFSA Sector Insights Survey Launched

On January 23, 2023, all regulated entities and individuals across B.C.’s financial services sector including credit unions, insurers, trusts, pensions, real estate licensees and mortgage brokers were invited to complete BCFSA’s first sector-wide online survey, the 2023 BCFSA Sector Insights Survey.  

The survey provides an opportunity for sector participants to share their perspectives on BCFSA’s activities, communications and processes.

The survey will close on February 13, 2023.

Survey Details

  • The survey data is collected by a third-party organization (Hill+Knowlton Strategies) and will be kept strictly confidential.
  • Responses will be tabulated in the aggregate and BCFSA will not see individual responses from sector participants.
  • Completing the survey should take sector participants 10 minutes or less.

BCFSA is committed to engaging with our stakeholders in a transparent and purposeful manner and to regularly evaluate our progress in achieving this commitment. This survey is an important step in helping us grow and improve as an organization.
