Scheduled Maintenance on IRIS Portal
We are carrying out maintenance on the IRIS portal from Friday, May 6, at 12:00 p.m. to Monday, May 9, at 8:00 a.m. (PDT).
This maintenance is necessary to enable the transition from the Credit Union Information System (“CUIS”) to the Integrated Regulatory Information System (“IRIS”) and to upgrade and optimize IRIS. During this time, both IRIS and CUIS will be offline and unavailable to all external users.
This necessary short-term outage has been scheduled over the weekend to minimize its impact on IRIS users – credit unions, financial institutions and mortgage brokers. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to fulfil our mandate to be a modern, effective and efficient regulator by improving our technology and services.
Please note that historical data will be migrated from CUIS to IRIS so you do not need to run and save reports or extract data from CUIS unless you wish to do so before the system is retired.
When IRIS is back online, credit unions will be able to make submissions to add report viewer role, access Credit Union Performance (“CUP”) Report, set up information sharing relationships with other credit unions and much more.
