Annual filings
Annual financial statements and accountant’s report filings are due within 120 days of your brokerage’s fiscal year end.
Brokerages must upload annual filings through IRIS on their own behalf.
Required forms
- Accountant’s Report form
- Mortgage Brokerage Trust Account Declaration form
- Mortgage Brokerage Financial Information Filing form (available via IRIS)
How to submit
- Download the required forms
- Complete the required forms, ensuring that all bank accounts, including the general account(s) are listed. Save a copy of the required forms, including a copy of the financial statements applicable to your licence (audit, review, or complication engagement).
- Log into IRIS;
- Upload the Accountant’s Report or Mortgage Brokerage Trust Account Declaration, Mortgage Brokerage Financial Information Filing and the financial statements to the applicable submission pages.
