Terminating Your Submortgage Broker Registration

Submitting a Termination

A termination is a process that must be completed by the Designation Individual on behalf of the submortgage broker.

To complete a termination, you will need:

  • The name of the submortgage broker who is terminating their Registration;
  • The reason for the termination; and
  • The effective date of termination.

When you are ready with the information required to make a termination, log in to IRIS, create a New Submission, select Terminate Submortgage Broker, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
