Transferring to Another Brokerage

If you are currently registered with a brokerage and would like to transfer to another one, you will have to complete the transfer process.

Submitting a Transfer

Transfers are available to currently registered submortgage brokers. To submit a transfer, you will need:

  • The name of the brokerage/registration number of where you would like to transfer to; and
  • A VISA, MasterCard, or American Express to pay the $200 transfer fee.

When you are ready with the information required to make a transfer, log in to IRIS, create a New Submission, select Transfer Submortgage Broker and follow the prompts to complete the process.
