BCFSA Recognized as One of BC’s Top Employers
BC Financial Services Authority (“BCFSA”) is pleased to have been selected as one of BC’s Top Employers (2023) by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This annual competition recognizes employers who offer exceptional workplaces, competitive compensation, work-life balance, and progressive programs.
The BC Top Employer designation recognizes the British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work, and BCFSA is proud to be counted among them.
Some of the reasons BCFSA was selected as one of BC’s Top Employers are:
- BCFSA offers professional development opportunities for individuals at every stage of their career, from tuition subsidies for those interested in continuing their education to career planning services and leadership development programs for those interested in advancement.
- BCFSA maintains a generous top-up program for new parents, ranging from 35 weeks to a full year of paid leave, and provides flexible work hours to help employees balance work and their personal commitments.
BCFSA is pleased to have been compared to other organizations in our field and is determined to offer progressive and forward-thinking programs.
Thank you to every member of the BCFSA Team for all that you do to make our organization a great place to work.
